As a believer and practitioner, the purpose of my site is to bring awareness of and to promote the use of these Therapies. Holistic Therapy considers the complete person, physically and mentally, in the treatment of an illness or complaint. I believe they can assist anyone who chooses to try them.

Among the pages of this site is information on the benefits of receiving these Therapies and how they can aid in the relief of symptoms such as muscular aches and pains, nervous tension and headaches, to name a few.

Originally used by the healers of eastern cultures, Holistic Therapies such as Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Massage & Reiki have been seen as luxuries. I am pleased to say that the benefits of such treatments are now being recognised by society and Doctors in western cultures too and are being used to compliment conventional medicines.
